PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, October 24 (RIA Novosti) - A Russian yacht with a two-man crew sailing across the Red Sea on its way to the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia's Fast East appears to have been detained in Eritrea by officials, a spokeswoman for the Kamchatka Region's governor said Tuesday.
