Legal expert sees smooth sailing for Hariri tribunal (The Daily Star Lebannon)

A prominent Lebanese legal expert said on Wednesday that the latest draft on the international tribunal to try former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri's assassins would be adopted "without any major disagreements." Shafik Masri told the Voice of Lebanon radio station that Lebanese law was clear regarding the ratification of international treaties.
