The International Sailing Federation and Rolex have announced Laser Radial Champion Paige Railey (USA) and Mike Sanderson (NZL), winning skipper of the Volvo Ocean Race (pictured left), as winners of the ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year Awards 2006.
