GROTON ? Ahoy, mates! The Sea Scouts are offering a co-educational course promoting sailing, rowing, scuba diving and other maritime skills. The scouts, sponsored by the SUBVETS Groton Base and the Boy Scouts of America, set sail Dec. 11, from 40 School St.
