Sailing races delayed due to weak wind at Doha Asiad (People's Daily)

The sailing competitions of the 15th Asian Games in Doha, which was scheduled to kick off at 11:00 ( 0800 GMT) on Tuesday morning, was delayed due to lack of wind on the open sea.
