Relatively smooth morning sailing on the highways (Norwich Bulletin)

There isn?t much major traffic on I-84 or I-95 this morning. Authorities are still working to clear a recent crash on I-84 westbound by Exit 17 and there was also an accident causing delays near Exits 46 and 45 westbound.
