HALIFAX -- The senior captain of a Canadian tall ship has identified the woman washed off the sailing vessel by a rogue wave in rough Atlantic seas. Dan Moreland, who is ashore in Lunenburg, N.S., says Laura Gainey, 25, was swept off a deck at the back of the vessel in a storm at 9:30 p.m. Friday.
