Former GR Yacht Club commodore dead at 73 (The Grand Rapids Press)

Sailing was Charles C. Harrett's profession and passion. Mr. Harrett, 73, who was a member of the Spring Lake Yacht Club and an honorary member of the Grand Rapids Yacht Club and who was a former Harbormaster of Reeds Lake, died of a heart attack Thursday at his home in East Grand Rapids.
