Today at 4:30 p.m., the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve and the city of Marco Island will be hosting guest speaker John K. Bullard, president of the Sea Education Association, who will give a lecture entitled Studying Oceans Aboard Sailing Ships at the reserve?s Environmental Learning Center.
