Sailing into the New Year (The Pratt Tribune)

Ted Patterson leans back to counter the effects of high wind as he sails on the Pratt County Veterans Memorial Lake. Patterson spent an hour sailing and a lot that time was spent "hiking" to prevent the boat from tipping over.
