Post Russian boat drifts (New Kerala)
Madurai, Jan 25: A Russian motorised sailing-boat, carrying five seafarers, drifted near Mandapam in Ramanathapuram district of Tamil Nadu after one of its air-filled hulls got punctured, official sources said today.
