Max the mammoth dog and upside-down Humpty Dumpty will be sailing Wairarapa skies at this year's Balloon Fiesta on March 14-18. Media spokesperson Lisa Simms said up to 28 New Zealand and overseas hot-air balloons will also take part in the ninth annual fiesta.
