Pamida project sailing smoothly so far (Timberjay)

The Pamida development project is moving ahead. After discussions with Mark B. Johnson from JMW Development, council members seem ready to deed about four acres of city land to JMW at no cost with the stipulation that the company improve the property and build a commercial building on it.
