Drivers still confused over Super 70 rules (WTHR Indianapolis)

Indianapolis - After several delays, the Super 70 project is underway. Shortly after 6:00 am Thursday morning, state police led the first vehicles into the new construction zone, with all two-way traffic moving in the eastbound lanes. But it wasn't all smooth sailing.
