Where Rick TenEyck is from, the closest thing to sailing this time of year is a spin out on the New York State Thurway during inclement weather. TenEyck, 54, is just one of many sailors from the frostbitten North who have migrated their way to Savannah this weekend for the Deep South Regatta held at the Savannah Yacht Club.
