By Kathleen Mcgrory, The Miami Herald Mar. 28--More than 100 Haitian migrants came ashore near Hallandale Beach early this morning, officials said. One died while swimming to the beach. The migrants were traveling aboard what appeared to be a 30-foot sailing ship.
