It will be interesting to hear who is at fault for this one.
From what I've heard so far, the coast gaurd tried but couldn't free the boat. Haven't heard who called the tug or any information surrounding it - other than when they pulled it to a deeper area (which wouldn't have to be more than 10' in that channel) it sank.
