Tempest is on a distinguished road
Hmm...looks like a high tide and a long tow rope and a pump? might be all that's needed? What's the tidal range there? I know at Port Jeff it's about 9-10 feet. I'd get an anchor out to deeper water to keep this from getting pushed further ashore..
