Smooth Sailing & Comfortable for Light Parade

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--**I'm meteorologist Mike Prangley. The boat light parade tonight in downtown Jacksonville on the St. Johns will be nice and warm. You can take in the lights and tradition in pleasant 60 degree temperatures. Late tonight a few areas of patchy fog develops but well after the boats and fireworks. Lows will be in the middle 50s inland to middle 60s beaches.
