CASTINE — Maine Maritime Academy's sailing coach, Tom Brown of Castine, qualified for the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, England. Brown is one of six sailors that earned spots on the U.S. Paralympic Sailing Team at Friday's Rolex Miami Olympic Classes Regatta on Biscayne Bay.
