Looking where to repair Spirit 6.5 Swing Keel

Do any one has had a good experience with a Boatyard that has repair your swing keel? I'm based at Miami , Fl. and will travel 100 miles to find a trusted Boatyard that have the experience in swing keel repairmen.

It's completly rusted and the friction bolt is locked. Will like to remove the keel and change the pin and bolts. I will feel better knowing that all have being replaced.
