I'm not sure a water jet can cut the compound angles & recesses I need for these frames. Are you familiar with the process?

I see what you mean, those are nice frames that you posted but I want my Spirit to look somewhat original, and I prefer the look of the plastic frames. If all else fails I may make them out of wood & epoxy paint them so you couldn't tell they weren't plastic.

im pretty sure a water jet can do plastic as easy as it can do metal , i will let you know what my freind thinks when i hear back from him.

Water jets to my knowledge (limited) can only do straight cuts through something where as the window frames have multi compound curves & recesses for the windows. But ask anyway I may be surprised.

After over a year of looking and all the Spirit 23 people out there I can't believe I still do not have window frames for my boat yet Is there anyone who knows of one that window frames can be salvaged from???

Spirit 23 Window Frames Found At Last

Found some frames finally, but to the demise of another Spirit 23, Our boats are becoming more rare by the day!

They truly are. I really wanted that Spirit that was on eBay a couple days ago. I fought hard not to click bid, but alas I have no place for it right now

Take pics of the frame install process. I want to see how you do it. My frames are needing to come out, hopefully this summer. A previous owner put a crap load of silicon caulking around my windows and stancions

Well that deal fell through, the gorillas they used broke the frames taking them out.

ANYBODY !!!! If you know of a Spirit 23 getting salvaged please let me know!
