Still Looking for Spirit 23 Window Frames

My boat sorely needs inner & outer window frames. The outside ones are gone entirely, & the inside ones are broken beyond repair. Has anyone fabricated new frames? Or know where I can get a set?

Is it time to look for some DIY type of rubber or flexible plastic solution for this??

I want the boat to look as factory as I can. I may have to make frames, I do have the remnants. But that would take soooo long!

I was thinking of a flexible vinyl moulding for the outside - maybe a nice wood moulding for the interior? I don't think we'll ever find factory frames unless someone makes them from an existing frame?

fortunatly mine are still reasonable and watertite (after some much needed rain in TX),but in the long term I think fabricating from wood and epoxy will have to be considered. Will be a bit of a pain in the posterior, but could make the boat prettier,Have just finished replacing all wood throughout the boat recently.

I have been looking into flexible vinyl strips that could be made into frames if sealed properly...

if you get a good frame why not take them by a water jet cutting place and see if they can give you a price for making some new ones.
