Helm seat 32' center-cockpit

On my (new to me) O'Day 32' center cockpit, there are 6 holes in the bulkhead of the aft cabin directly behind the helm. I found 2 broken brackets that look like they were mounts for a flip-down helm seat. Does anybody know if there was a seat there, and if so, where I can get another? TIA
