I've have found Rigrite very good to work with, have ordered parts from them over seven years. Are you getting a replacement mast boot collar - i.e. one that you knows will work for you? I recently installed a Spartite kit for mine, due to having a difficult fit situation related to halyard exits right at deck level...
Good luck

I've heard people complain about Rig Rite, but every time I have dealt with them down through the years they have provided excellent service.

I've ordered from them twice, once late last week which I'm waiting on for delivery.

As a neophyte I appreciated the knowledgeable guidance that helped me select the correct parts for my first order. They were just as efficient taking my order the second time, but the folks I spoke to didn't seem as knowledgeable as the first go round. So far though I can't complain with the service I've gotten.
