O'Day 272 with wheel steering

I'm not trying to kick up a wheel versus tiller argument. Just curious; I know there are O'Day 272LE's with wheel steering. Are there any "non-LE" versions with wheel steering too? I can't seem to find any online. I'd like to find one in my area (greater Philadelphia metro area, including PA/NJ/Northern DE) with a wheel.

I had a 272LE. My understanding is that what distinguished the LE from the plain old 272 were the following: diesel inboard; wheel steering; dual lifelines.

Re: O'Day 272 with wheel steering

I'd let it all go, the boat, pss seal, barrier coated bottom, new fuel tank, new refrigeration, the walker bay 8ft sailing dink, minkota motor, wheeled steerable cradle. for about 18 K you'd be spending about 5 k getting that stuff anyway. :)
guess this should be in PMs if we talk more.
And guess what? were are nearly neighbors! lol

Denise,
I've been reading your threads about sailing the Delaware for the past year or so. I appreciate all the info you've provided, and your enthusiasm! :)
