OH ....Lets see if I get this straight...ummmm...this is difficult now....

Democrates are imposing their government upon your freedoms.

Doesnt make any sense

Isn't this a Republican Admin?

Check out the majorities in the Executive, House and Senate and get back to me on that.

My favorite boat of all time was my J Boat (25') which I raced growing up. We also raced Catamarans and had a lot of fun with that.

So tell me, when did JBoats make a 25' model?

Hugs,

Problem is I live in Massachusetts where legislature is 90% democrats. Neighboring NY is where my freind got a ticket for gasp using her cell phone while driving also heavily democratic.

Perhaps Surf was referring to a J24. First production model wasn't produced until sometime after 1977 though . . . 29 years ago. I suppose he could have been "growing up" back then.

So what you are saying is that YOU want to impose YOUR ideas on those who don't agree with them. Even when they are in a 90% majority.

But..... by your definition of a democrat, doesn't that make you one?

Steppingonkittens: Good one. Is that your boat name? Pretty funny. Yes, typo. In College I began racing J24's. We, (my brothers and I), raced lightnings and catamarans as kids. We also had regular grudge matches, (unofficial), on Sunfishes which was usually good for wet time.
I know I haven't posted on every thread on this site. But I have tried. lol.
How did this whole Demcrat v. Republican thing get started? That's hilarious.

Dewey is of course our resident hard-core right winger. He gave himself away one day when he said he was leaving to listen to Rush Limbaugh. I am not a huge Rush fan. I find him a bit tedious. Besides, should a "pundit" at least have a college degree? I prefer Savage because he gets so torqued when someone challenges him. Very entertaining.

Just because Dewey listens to Rush doesn't make him a Republican - although it is a very good indictor - the messages above sound like he leans to the left. I have had the democracy/republic conversation with my 16 year old son recently - he worries about that stuff much more than I do.

If you're not amused by his postings, don't read them! Don't assume that yours is the only point of view. Believe it or not there are people that find things amusing that you might not like. You must be a Democrat trying to impose her/his view on others!!!! and not understanding that maybe someone else could possibly have a different point of view.
I just wanted him to look like an idiot, twice.
