CruisingDad... make sure you hook up the red wire...it is generally used for a DC positive wire, according to ABYC wiring color codes.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Parley: I think you are to something with the Hobie Cat. "Trust me.!" I come from a big family and there were four of us boys, (1 year apart). We used to have impromptu match races on the Bay behind our beach house in the afternoons when the wind would kick up. I still love going out in the afternoons for a sail on mine. Teenagers like speed.
My suggestion for a low wind day: Game Boy. At least it will be quiet!

I am reminded of an old joke -
Q: How does a lawyer say "F#^* You"?
A: "Trust me"

LOL - similar to the one -
Q: how do you know when a lawyer is lying?
A: When his/her lips are moving.

Trust me, it's the clients who lie. I see it all the time.

I am sure - I only have one experience with that type of thing and the allure of making up reality was just too tempting for my ex-wife and her lawyer?

How come you all have ex-wives? It is like that and the motorcycle are necessary accessories for a life of sailing...

when the motorcycle, car, boat, or whatever gets old you trade it in for a new one. thats my guess. I was told that if it Floats, Flyes, or Fucks. Rent it.

well isn't that classy!
PB - if the Fight Club is anything like the real world - half of us are divorced - I was only aware of that the Esq was a member of the club - as for the reason for ex-wives, let's not go there.
BTW - no motorcycles for me - now or later
