I hear a rim shot somewhere....

Look at from my perspective. Every morning I have to sit in traffic because some loser like you guys who criticize lawyers is standing outside of his car exchanging information with another guy. It turns out that they tapped each other, not a scratch but they are waiting for an ambulance. Sure you can blame the lawyers. Or the guy who milks a bogus worker's compensation claim because he slipped.
Every one of you losers is the first to sue if you think you can make a nickel. It's pathetic. Its the clients that drove me out of the business. The ability to look you right in the eye and straight-up lie just get a few bucks. It's pathetic really. For the lawyers, its just business. For you people its just sad! So put that in your old guy pipe and smoke it.

And the Nazi's were just doing what they were told.

For the record, I've never sued anybody and I've never been sued.

Where does it say that lawyers are nazi's?

And why would you resort to calling me names in defense of a profession that you left?

I saw my post, I see you quoting me and nowhere do I see that I stated that lawyers are nazi's.

Your statement that lawyers are just doing their jobs ("For the lawyers, its just business") is just plain dumb, no ignorant is more appropriate. Taking my words to be calling lawyers nazis is dumb.

The point that I tried to illustrate for you is that for you to point your finger at the "morons" and absolve lawyers as an entirety because they are just doing their jobs is irresponsible.

I was having some fun with you but you blurted out with your little name calling tantrum like my two year old so now here we are...it is Fightclub afterall.

Dude you are like a chick today.

Just to be clear, I am not absolving lawyers of responsibility. Fortunately, I was spared from having to file frivilous suits to eat. I was lucky enough to defend victims of lawsuits. You see, the real problem is that law schools pump out too many lawyers every year. There are not enough jobs and no standards really. Once you pass the Bar you can hang a shingle. So now there are so many untalented and undertrained lawyers out there they have no choice but to take crap cases. So thats the reality. But there has always been ambulance chasers and always been more than enough people willing to claim they were injured just to make a buck.

Now back to you being a girl. Do you have some sailing related matter that you would like to argue about? lol.

You are hilarious "dude". As I look back through this thread I see that it is you who started lobbing verbal grenades at all those who are not members of the club and followed with well chosen words like "idiot" and "moron", oh and "man period", thats beautiful - well done.

All this because I disagree with you about law and those who practice it. And you claim to have hated it so much that you left the profession. Shouldn't we be in agreement? Doesn't make sense to me.

Yes, I sailed on Friday. Light winds, high temps and it turned out to just be a "practice on my boat day" with the owner - yippe kiyay mfer. It beat working though. Wish I sailed on Saturday when the wind was much higher especially on the Cape.

I got burned out but I still love the law. I did see some problems with it and the people at the bottom of the food chain. But that is just as true in construction or any other field.

As for taking shots at people not always. If you notice, in the beginning a bunch of old guy regulars thought they could lecture me about what is appropriate or not appropriate with this site. So yes, I took shots right back at them.

Now I just bust on anybody who disagrees with me because its fun and usually pretty funny. The ones who belong are the ones who keep giving it back like you. Even PBZeer brings it strong for an old whiney guy.

I thought this weekend was hot. As we speak, it is 103 degrees outside of my construction trailer. (I am at the site today to go over plans with my subs). I have ventured out into the site only a few times today. I have to keep the trailer locked on days like today! lol.
