Oh, well, sure, that's cool.

That's why rule #3 is so important. Especially if you're the tapper. I don't like seeing someone beaten while they're down either.

Hiya Sneadey, How is ya?
1. No. I am not allowed any fun.
2. Its just a guy thing. I had a bigger gun than you guys.
Great fun for a kid.

Oh, BTW, our keel is not a tupperware bolt on lump of rusty iron. I have been known to make new channels. Once we were on the gaffer in a club race. We cut a corner 'slightly', heeled over just right. The water was flowing past the hull about a few knots, sails set perfectly, even the topsails. All these little things sailed past us. Someone called out that the echo sounder wasn't working as it read 0 under the keel. Guess what. we were sitting just right, on the mud for 30 minutes. Great short cut. No trophy that year - but we didnt cause any other sort of havoc either.

Another time we were returning under motor to Moreton Bay after a weekend race/sail. A sea kayak was paddling towards us (in a narrowish channel). We called out, and actually took it out of gear and stopped. He had his head down and ploughed right into our side, looked up and abused us for not getting out of his way. 25t vs 25kg.

that being said...did you miss me???

Hey who's this guy Snot Mead??? Check my reputation before you get crazy with me Snead-I sometimes fight fire with fire....

Maury- sorry to hear you're out, such sorrow, does hallmark make a card for that? Sell the house, Sailor, it's the only cure. Head north we'll take you for a gorgeous winter sail, clear air, great wind and best of all NO TRAFFIC. Not even those pesky kayakers...

Where's Knotty? Computer virus or swine flu???

Ok- I've done my sarcasm excercises for the day...called a few people names...now I can go about my day and be happy...

p.s. how do I get avatar, I'm stumped.

Yeah, Sneade, she's not kidding. Don't let her near your boat with a propane tank!

You have to send a PM to TDW. He handles the avatars. I think this one is available:
