He did that in 1981. Been in a marina a couple of times since.

SG - that is the best attitude ever. There needs to be way more hallucinatory desperation to sail in the world.

As I was having a nice, pleasant root canal today - I just kept thinking about sail trim. Burning smell and smoke coming from my mouth, and I'm seeing telltales and sheeting in a bit.

oh, most of you are out...gotta go, need to set extra lines,

check my fender pressure, get some ginger beer, ice and

see who's goona be around to ride this out!

Better check my neighbors lines too, hate to have him rub up against me.

If I do get bumped it would be by a Hinckley, gee I kinda feel like a golddigger...

I'm just gonna snub my lines and be the blue collar sailor I am, huh!

We're rockin' now, the rain has just started. Damn I wish the Captain would come home- hate to rock by myself...it's just not the same
