A certain "I do not know" is what it means

What were you doing in French class - what were they teaching??
mon petit chu

A rockin and rollin boat in a marina makes you think of being at anchor. Ours rocks each time I get on or off the boat. Must be a very tender yacht of course.

We have a messed up world with overweight pets who need counselling, an admiral who outranks the captain. A cabin boy who sits in the cabin (playing on an xbox)

I am on the HF every morning on a net, listening to other's lives, adding or relaying loudly, inane everyday stuff. I spent half my time turning off lights or pumps or other AH demanding items.

Love my rum and choke or Dark and stormies.

Is this normal for you liveaboards?

notta livaboard, but can relate to everything you said, except for the french sh^t. what's happened to the world i used to know? everythings become too electronic. when iza kid, all there was were compasses and sounding poles. we did have a black and white at home that picked up one or two channels, but i rarely watched tv. i played outside 'till dark, stopping grudgingly for dinner, then right back outside. now, ya gotta chace'em outdoors witta stick these days.......

what's sad is i'm just as guilty.......

Yes, very normal...

Wow, in my boredom a put a dent in the rum bottle last night! So glad the captain is returning today! I've been Home Alone for too long..

I'd like to have a pet but I can't commit right now! What lives onboard your vessel Annie? Does it get seasick?

We have 3 thirteen year old boys! He has twins and mine is a redhead! Fortunately we share them with our ex's. No BOXES allowed onboard, so we spend most of our time peeling them off each other. They don't fight they just horse around like boys do, endlessly... we give them a bucket, a net and fishing poles and they amuse themselves for hours.

Our boat is rockin at the dock to a tropical storm, former Hurricane Ida that just came up the coast. The wind has been here for two days, the rain came last night and should be gone this afternoon- THEN IT'S TIME TO GO SAILING!!!!!

And so I have shared my mundane world with you...I have to go throw some switches, I think I left the water pressure on.....hmmm no yawning smilie face
