How many people are planning on seeing this movie. It will be in theaters on Friday.

Whether you love him or hate him, there is no question that George W. Bush is one of the most controversial public figures in recent memory. I will definately watch it but I will probably wait until it come out to buy. By the way the trailer looked of it, it doesnt look like a serious movie but a good comedy. I like GW, but I also love to watch impersinations.

Very true, not sure if you've seen the clips from the movie, but it looks very real and funny now that we can look back .....

It's a political satire aimed at getting the swing voters to vote democratic. Why else would it be released 2 weeks before the election? I'm sure it's "funny" but from the trailers the majority of it is either fake or speculative. I won't be paying to watch it. What would be funny is GWB suing Oliver Stone for slander and libel.

That would be funny and I would want to be the first witness for GWB.
I guess that would make me a hostle witness for O. Stone.

To the best of my knowledge, I've never contributed so much as a dime to the financial fortunes of either Oliver Stone or Michael Moore and the prospect that I'd start now is between slim and none. In fact, I'd sit through Flubber again before I did so. It's more grounded in reality.

I posted this because the trailers that I've seen for the movie have been down right funny. By the answers being posted here, you can tell who the Republicans are. Geez guys.... it's a movie.
