I don't know what the legal aspects are but it looks lie VIACOM is not happy about some of they're stuff coming out early.

This is what happened with NAPSTER too, artists got pissed 'cuz we weren't buying music. I don't blame them at all, but I sure miss all the free tunes.

On the other issue...Google owns u-tube and has some pretty deep pockets so I am guessing the lawyers will fight for a while and then settle. Viacom doesn't want to stop u-tube...they want cash!

As an outsider, I see the things differentely than you..

I have seen this O'Reilly, and the name of the program is NO SPIN...meaning no BS, right??? Saw it a few times at the hotel.

Well my outside opinion is BS to that.. that O'Rilley's program should be called the SPIN ZONE..and he is the bigger spinner BS er..

He throws his opinions down the viewr's eyes and ears, as he pleases, he sails the BS boat where he wants, and if someone disagrees he cuts them, manipulates the interview and does not let them talk...if they agree with him..he just proceeds to "service the account"

So that is BS...and a lot of Spin...

Oh yeah Giu...I absolutely agree with that. I just mean his OPINIONS on most stuff are what I agree with. Can't stand him personally and I DON'T like the way he conducts interviews. Still he IS the #1 watched news show...lots of people enjoy his antics.
At least his SPIN is in an OPINION show. CNN/CBS/NBC do it on the news!!
