It appears as though this may have been the second liquor store he robbed. The first was a consumption hiest. Gotta admire that persistence, lucky he lived through it.

Unfortunate, but very likely at least in the United States of Litigation...

However, any reasonable person would think that climbing into a closed, locked store, and falling out of the ceiling has probably lost you any rights you had, since you've basically brought whatever happens to you in the store upon yourself. At least, one would hope the jury would see it that way.
