I never imagined you were so concerned with the inner workings of the Democratic Party. Have you joined up with us? Please do tell. Because if you are still a Repub why should we care if you are displeased with how the party functions? To be honest, you have seemed displeased with the Dems no matter what they do. You are likely to be extremely displeased in a few months when Obama beats McCain like a drum. Dont worry though, we Dems can feel your pain and will do what we can to put in place a social program to ease your bruised feelings so that you can again contribute to the social good.

Thank you sck5 for your last two posts. A better illustration of why I don't actively participate in this thread would be hard to find. Of course, if you could figure out why ........

Yeah, President Bush is so stupid that he beat the brilliant Nobel Prize and Academy Award winning Al Gore, and the smartest team of campaigners the Dems could round up, and then the President beat the equally brilliant imitation war hero, John Kerry, and the smartest team of campaigners the Dems could round up again. If he's really all that stupid, what does that say for your candidates and your inept campaign teams?

Isn't it a tad infantile to call someone stupid? Isn't that the way children demean each other? Is that any way for grown-ups to behave, especially grown-ups who fancy themselves the smartest people in the room? Is that the best you've got?

There are different ways to define "Smart"
There is the guy who can sit at a desk and design a machine. He's smart.
There is the guy who can explain how the machine works. He's smart too.
There is the guy who can build the machine and keep it running. He ain't no dummy.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

erps...they don't get that concept-they've been beating the smart drum ever since Reagan. It's a hangover from the Kennedy administration, the best and brightest and all that. Viet Nam, Bay of Pigs, stagflation, and 70% tax brackets put the kibosh on all that.

sck5...I'm just pointing out the blatant hypocrisy within the Democratic party. Don't even consider a social program for me, haven't your kind done enough?

We're trying to keep things above the moronic here. Posts like the one above belong on the bumpers of Volvo's rather than in adult conversation.
