Well, we are now up to 30 pages, and with the return of the solar lady, it would appear, well on our way to 36 pages.

For those of you not painting, or if you're grass hasn't started growing yet, stay tuned.

CruisingDad,
I think we've mis-estimated the thread-can it go 50?
btw, You are an ass, you're full of crap, and me too! I was going to imply that you were Portugese, but that would have been cruel, if not unusual.

Beezer, the Solar Lady is not this lastest lass, it's that witch who got to windward of Camaraderie and then pumped bilges. She's probably married also, just like the Dog lady, proving that there's at least two bastards out there more miserable than anyone we know!

Ohhhh how did I miss this???

Sail, thank you for not putting me in with those south of the border French.

And I believe we are on #36 right now, or is it 34. Cannot remember. It will be 36 if not. Now that we have passed my 30, you can all send me my money. Or, do you want to go double or nothing!??

BTW, sailaway, no tough feelings on the anchoring thread, ok?

Hey Dad,
Have you ever spent six months at sea with two seamen on your watch, one of whom has a metal plate in his head and believes that the CIA and organized medical science are beaming signals to him, the other is a 6'-08" black man who believes that the white man should be obliterated? You get to spend 8 hours a day with these two, four of them in a dark wheelhouse! I'm not going to get too concerned about something that comes up on sailnet, unless it's an announcement of the loosening of Portugese immigration policy. I took your post in the context of all of your previous posts and thought you had valid points. Sometimes my contact with reality is tenuous. If we all agreed, all the time, we could end sailnet within a month. I know what I am here for, and have a pretty good idea what you're about, so no worries. Besides, that's what this thread is for. You're still an ass, but you're not full of crap!

Solar World, where all our needs are met dimly, marches on towards 50. Just today's input alone, makes me wonder if 50 is too modest an estimate. The damn thread is a veritable fertility clinic for St Vitus dance sufferers! "War and Peace" is starting to look like a quick vacation read by comparison. I think the time has come for a moment of silence out of respect for the sailnet mainframe that has to keep track of all the references to the word 'solar'. Does anybody have the heuvos to punch it up on 'search' and count the number of references? I said huevos, I should have said huevos and the lack of meaning to their existence such that they have nothing better to do!
