Why is that not nice??? In photo #19, there is a dog and a man. In photo #27 and in #28 there are also two men, but no dog, and the photo looks like it was taken from a lower point of view... which could the the dog. They're not twins, at least from what I can see... they're certainly not identical twins... but generally twins refer to each other as twin, not brother or sister... the one with the white hat in #27 I would guess is older, as he has more grey in his hair. My guess is that the guy in 19, is on the right in 27 (dark hat) and 28.
