Colorado Here I go!!
Gotta love this....
Boom is NO BOOM
Now the hardware of the old one need to arrive so it can be installed in the new one.....
At least 2 more weeks of dry feet....
Anyway...since Charlie (werebeagle) is a nice guy...I took an assignment in Colorado...
So will be there for next week, fly of Saturday and spend some cash in NY...then to CO on Sunday...and maybe Indianapolis after that..
So while boom is no boom...I get some work done...and thus increase my off time in the summer to go cruising with the family....if I play my cards right...we might have enough time in August/September to sail to Malta...
And do you know what's in Malta in September??? THE MIDDLE SEA RACE
My 2007 racing season is in the gutter.....so might as well relax, and enjoy the ride...
Smell you guys later...
By the way...
my name is Alex

Not if the spar shop shuts down due to the ACC... and then you don't get the boom for a good long while...

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Well Alex (hadn't used it before, cause you hadn't) there's a West Marine by Castleton Square shopping center in Indianapolis and Sailboats Inc, just west of Meriden St. and I-465, in case you need a fix. Both of those are on the north side of town. Oh, and you really should go to White Castle for their unique style of hamburgers. If they were any smaller, they'd be hor douvres. Have a safe trip, AND ..... enjoy a summer of CRUISING.

PBz-
I love White Castle hamburgerettes.. they're great... they're also the one commercial burger that is prepared on a steam table.

Have a great time Alex, I accept your surrender on that other thread, and will not humiliate you any further, I understand that some people have to work.
Have a great trip, or at least better than the last.

Gotta love a place where you can buy burgers by the six pack.
See you Sunday Alex.
