I will be gone for a while

For those of you that have tried to reach me, I apologize that I will not be very available for a while. My wife and 3 year old were hit in the rear by an 18 wheeler at 60 mph. I got them out of the hospital Sunday, but my wife is hurting pretty bad - though she is alive.

Sorry I cannot reply back to everyone for a while.

Take care.

- CD

Holy smokes CD . . . that's terrible news! A rear-ender could create serious neck injuries, if head restraints were not in place - this needs to be monitored carefully.

Hopefully your wife's injuries are not too serious. Best wishes for a full recovery.

Thank god they are "OK", best wishes to you and family

Trucks need to slow down and be more responsible and professional!!! I see them consistently exceeding 70 mph on highways.

Whoa, that looks like it was a really bad crash, (although it appears the passenger section was pretty well reinforced). Best wishes to your family for a speedy recovery.
