Had a little rain around your area Wombat?

Half of your state under water and a bloody big tanker/coal carrier washed up on the beach??

Up in Gods Country, in mid-winter, we are having beautiful days, temperate nights and cold beer.
Of course we don't need big boats on the beach...We got the big pineapple, big cow, big hair styles on the Gold Coast and cheap petrol still so WE have big cars also...

Now stop being a big girl, tuck in your blouse and migrate up here.
Bring Simon with you. After sub zero in Canberra, he deserves a break.

No Simon.. I have put the trip to the States on hold.
I am going to New Zealand to have a look around at their boats and do a bit of sailing.
I am going when their bloody cold winter finishes. Late September or early October.
I will keep you all posted.

Apparently we are in for another one tonight. Waterways has issued storm warnings for the NSW coast. 40-50 knot winds with 5-7 metre swell.

ps - it's the pale blue that does it. As Peter Fitzsimmon (sp?) wrote in Saturdays SMH (or words to this effect) if you dress people up like smurfs then don't be surprised if that's how they play football.
