I think I understand your desire to relocate. A diet of cotton-candy sounds better at the start than at the finish. You must have been particularly convulsed back when they were adverting the place as "family" friendly? Sort of like the devil touting new bulbs in the tanning beds. (g)

There appears to be an increase in "gangsta culture" among minority groups in most urban areas of the US. Numbers of shootings are definitely on the rise.

I'm curious to learn why this is so.
