Halloween Already?

I know it is a little early to be thinking about Halloween, but I just got invited to a party and I have to come up with a costume idea. Since I rarely make any important decisions without consulting a group of fellow boating enthusiasts (you know, the really important stuff like..should I have that operation??...or should I change jobs??..etc.) so I thought I would put it to the group and see if you guys have any good costume ideas.

There are a few guide lines to keep in mind. I don't want anything that obstructs my ability to drink beer such as a mask. I went to the same party last year and it is held in a vacant building with no heat (its a long story) and we froze our asses off, so it needs to be a costume that can keep me relatively warm. Also it needs to be comfortable to wear with a lot of time spent standing, and it can't make me trip and fall down when I'm drunk.

So, any ideas?

You're just now thinking about Halloween. We've had reservations at Stone Mountain Campground for Halloween for about a month and a half. Our kids have almost drove us crazy about it. "Do we go this weekend?" They change their minds about costumes every couple of days.

You could go as a Homicidal Maniac. They look just like everybody else.

I heard that on the Adam's Family movie a long time ago.

You should go as Elvira. Just carry a shawl if it gets chilly.

I went as a Priest last year, I got a lot of funny looks and I'll probably be stuck in Purgatory for a while, but it was worth it.

You could dress like a fire man with a feathered headress. Then you'd be a fire-injun

There's always the old Flasher routine. Trenchcoat, grubby shoes, evil leer. Underwear optional.
