When I bought my boat in Houston, tropical cockroaches were a problem, I have even seen roaches running up the mooring lines, so we bought a few of the "Roach Motel".


On the side of the wee box was printed "They check in but they don't check out".

We three Brits laughed and laughed.

They've had that slogan for a couple decades now... always cracked me up too. They don't make commercials like that anymore... so 80's.

Anytime you take dry stores south of Hatteras you'll get more also, so have enough of the motels that you do not have to put out a "no vacancy" sign.
