SF Bay spill verdict
In a stunning announcement today, the Coast Guard has determined that the 58k gallon oil spill in SF Bay was actually no such thing. Upon further investigation and intense chemical analysis, they found that it was not oil that was spilled, but yet a rather odd combination of coffee and bad French wine. That finding prompted the Coast Guard to take a closer look at the vessel involved in the spill and which uncovered this startling information:
