A new person starts reading a "nice" post that may have content of interest. Then he or she clicks to the next page and sees a mass of non directed insinuations, homophobic remarks, tongue and cheek insults, and lord knows what! Distasteful? Silly? Locker room like banter? Some people just don't get it. Others just go somewhere else. Some of us just sigh and try to be polite while looking the other way.

The "banter" added to some really ok topics can and does gone on and on through many pages often, with total disregard to the OP. Recently I've started reading only the 1st pages of interesting topics because I almost never like what comes next!

Just my take on a otherwise great forum.
