Mike, thank you again for making a grown man cry. Once again words fail me. Glad you and Courtney had a good sail.

It is reassuring, to know you are watching over things! Once we were in the well, The 2sd push of the starter button brought the Yanmar to life. One by one, I start to throw breakers. Each system comes to life. Instruments, radio's, refrigeration, autopilot, Nav lights. pumps.! I never before had a launching that was absolutely problem free.

Out of the well and down river we start for the annual 15 mile trip to the slip. I shut down the motor and raise sails. Again, no problems!

The breeze was very light and I was fighting for every 1/10th! After some time, I became aware that you where helping as I should not be doing 3+ in a 5 kt. or less breeze.

I just wanted to say thanks for spending the day with me. Love Dad!
Nothing quite like sailing with good crew!

Nicely done Bubb2. I will tell you that having a guardian angel watching over you and your boat is a good thing.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Nixie is on a distinguished road
Courtney's 24st Bday is Saturday. Carrie and I are going to get tattoos for her this weekend. (Well I am going to have more added to the one I already have in her honor). Probably will have a few ritas in her honor as well. Decided to forgo the Avon BC walk. (Was aimed more for corperate sponserships instead.) She woulda liked the tattoo and rita idea better anyways.

Yea dad, that is right! Your girlies are getting more tattoos! HA!

Christy, I am overwhelmed! The way you girls choose to remember your sister. I am only going to say this once. You showed me the pink cancer ribbon tattoo you got for Courtney. I actually liked it. Now there, I said it. You know what I think of tattoos on women.

It's good to hear that you girls will be together on Courtney's Bday. I wish I could be there. Hell, Maybe i would get a tattoo also, not! You guys call me OK. Love Dad.
