I don't wanna say I feel sorry for all of you freezing your @$$ off, cause I don't, but today was a great day. Twenty six degrees C. (that's about 82°F) at mid-day wasn't bad. T-shirt time guys!!!
Unfortunately no wind, so we had to go out fishing in a friends stinker, but what the hell. Caught enough fish to eat, apart from sunburn, for tonights barbie.
Eat your heart out all you fellow sailnetters not lucky enough to be cruising in a tropical climate.

But then again I'd rather have a yacht in freezing MD, than none in the Med.

Yeah, this weekend I'll be sailing a bit upper north your same shore and we expect similar temperatures, but this is a short term paradise only... We're running out of water here, man. No real rain in the last year or two, the lakes and dams down at 25% of their capacity, ... This is bad!!!

Well, at least let's enjoy it while we still survive and hope that one day it will rain again

and here we are expecting to be at -1 F tonight, with a high tomorrow of 16 F. Keep telling us about the great weather and sailing, gives me something to look forward to

We're supposed to get 2-4 inches of snow here tomorrow and then the temps drop to 10F... which is pretty damn cold for this area.
