Anyone know of a way to download some/all of the forum threads here (probably without pictures for space reasons) to a laptop? I'll be without an internet connection for a week or so and it would be nice to read some of the posts that I haven't gotten to yet.
Thoughts?

You could use an RSS reader to download the various threads.. or you could use an off-line website browser to clone the site to your laptop. Versiontracker.com will have either.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
