considering that seeBS & 60 minutes has been repeatedly proven to be liars, I'd have to suspect anything by them.

Our mortgage rate is fixed. Bills are very low. Investments are with Vanguard top rated funds using dollar-cost averaging. I'm in good shape.

Really cool how they used a microsoft program to create fake documents from 1970's-Even after they were told, they just kept going with the story...
Regarding the housing crisis. For every loser, there will be a winner to take his place. Renters who did not get caught up in the "me now" phenomenon can now buy a home at a rock bottom price. So can investors. Capitalism at its best.
